• Reservation and contact forms: your name, email, preferred contact channel and username, optional business name, and your message.
• Members: your account details, plan, login times, and a log of the files you download (used to protect member materials).
• Technical: a single session cookie that keeps you signed in and protects forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To contact you about your membership, arrange payment, provide access and support, and enforce the confidentiality of member materials. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except service providers that help us run the site (such as hosting and email) or where required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep reservation details for as long as needed to follow up, and member data for the life of your membership and a reasonable period after. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@zenrch.com.
